These terms govern the use of this website and the photography services offered by Shane Michael Studios. Session specifics are set out in your written agreement.
Bookings and payment
A date is reserved once your agreement is signed and the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due on the schedule set out in your agreement.
Copyright and image license
Shane Michael Studios retains copyright to all photographs. Clients receive a personal use license as described in their agreement. Commercial use requires written permission.
Portfolio use
Images from sessions may appear in the studio portfolio, website, and social channels unless a client asks otherwise in writing before or after delivery.
Website content
All text and images on this website belong to Shane Michael Studios. Please do not reuse them without permission.
Liability
In the unlikely event that files are lost, damaged, or otherwise unavailable, liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid for the affected service.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the website and new bookings.
